In a group interview setting, you want to make sure that you are vocal enough to be remembered without seeming overbearing. After the group interview, if they were impressed they will probably ask you to come back for a second interview. You want to make sure you give something memorable. If you walk out of the interview and they do not remember you after fifteen minutes, when they sit down to decide who they are giving the job to, they won’t remember you. Let your personality show and make them see that on top of your degree, which every other applicant will have, that you have more to offer.
